Padly: Brain Games & Puzzles — Privacy Policy

Padly: Brain Games & Puzzles is a game published by Arun Rajiah. This policy explains what data the game handles and how it is used.

Information we collect

• Display name (optional): a nickname you choose to show on the leaderboard. It is optional, you can change or remove it at any time, and we ask that children do not enter their real full name.
• Gameplay data: your scores, XP, levels, streaks, guesses and results, used to save your progress and show leaderboards.
• Anonymous identifier: a randomly generated ID stored on your device so your progress stays with you. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
• Usage and device analytics: anonymous measurement of which games are opened and played, how long a session lasts, and basic device and app information (device type, app version, and a coarse region derived from your IP address). We use this only to see which games people enjoy so we can improve them.

The game does not collect your real name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, financial information.

How we use your data

Data is used solely to operate the game — saving progress, calculating streaks and levels, showing leaderboards and friend challenges — and to measure, anonymously, which games people play so we can improve them. We do not sell your data, the game contains no advertising, and none of the data we collect is ever used for advertising or ad targeting.

Where data is stored and who processes it

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and processed on our behalf by the following providers:

• Supabase — stores gameplay progress and leaderboard entries.
• Google Analytics for Firebase — measures anonymous usage so we can improve the games.

Data sharing

We do not share your data with anyone other than the processors listed above, who handle it only to provide the service. We do not transfer your data to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Data deletion

You may request deletion of your gameplay data and associated identifier at any time by emailing arunrajiah@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We will delete it within 30 days.

Children

Padly: Brain Games & Puzzles is made to be enjoyed by children as well as adults. We treat it as a child-directed app and design it to comply with the Google Play Families policy, the US Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the EU GDPR.

• No account or sign-up is required to play.
• We never ask a child for their real name, email address, phone number, photo or precise location.
• Padly: Brain Games & Puzzles contains no advertising.
• Analytics runs in a restricted mode: Google Signals, advertising identifiers and ad personalisation are disabled. Nothing we collect is used to profile a child or to target ads at anyone.
• The display name is optional and free text. We ask that children do not enter their real full name, and it can be changed or removed at any time.

Parents and guardians may request deletion of all data associated with a device at any time by emailing arunrajiah@gmail.com. We will delete it within 30 days.
