Refund Policy

7-day refund window

We offer a 7-day refund window for all Pro licence purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at arunrajiah@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include:

  • Your order ID or Razorpay payment reference
  • The email address used to make the purchase
  • The product you purchased
  • A brief reason for the refund (optional but helpful)

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

When refunds are not available

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Activated licences — if your activation key has been used to activate the software, the licence is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Requests after 7 days — refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date will not be accepted.
  • Priority support fees — support session fees are non-refundable once the support session has begun, regardless of outcome.
