Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you sign in with GitHub, we receive and store the following data from your GitHub profile:

  • Name and display name
  • Email address (if public on your GitHub profile)
  • Profile avatar URL
  • GitHub username (login)

If you sign in with email and password, we store your email address and a bcrypt hash of your password. We never store your password in plain text.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely for:

  • Authentication — verifying your identity when you sign in
  • Displaying your profile name and avatar on support tickets
  • Linking your orders and licence keys to your account
  • Responding to support requests you submit

Data storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase, with servers located in the EU (Frankfurt region). Access to the database is restricted to the application server only.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details or any payment credentials on our servers. All payment data is handled entirely by Razorpay in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

Third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your data is never shared with anyone outside of the services required to operate this platform (Supabase for storage, Razorpay for payments).

Your rights & data deletion

You can request the deletion of all personal data associated with your account at any time. To do so, email us at arunrajiah@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
