Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 2026
Products
All products sold through this platform are software licences. They are not physical goods. Upon purchase, you receive a licence key that grants you the right to use the specified software product under the terms described at the time of purchase.
Licence terms
Pro licences are per-user and non-transferable. Specifically:
- One licence is valid for one individual user or one production deployment.
- Licences may not be resold, sublicensed, or transferred to another person or organisation without written permission.
- You may not use the software in a way that effectively allows multiple users to benefit from a single licence.
We reserve the right to revoke a licence if it is found to be used in violation of these terms.
Priority support
Priority support is available as an add-on and is charged separately:
- $99 per request — covers one discrete support issue or question.
- $159/hr — billed for additional time if a request requires more than the initial scope.
We aim to respond to priority support tickets within 4 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm IST, excluding Indian public holidays). Response time is not guaranteed outside of these hours.
A payment link will be sent to you after the ticket is reviewed and scoped. Payment is required before work begins.
Intellectual property
All software products, source code, documentation, and related materials remain the intellectual property of Arun Rajiah unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., open-source products released under a specified licence). Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership or copyright.
Disclaimer of warranties
Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. Use at your own risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
