Acceptance

By downloading or playing Padly(the “Game”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

The Game

Padlyis provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. It is offered “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may add, change, or remove features — including the daily word, languages, and leaderboards — at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt or abuse the Game or its servers, cheat on leaderboards, or use the Game in any unlawful way. Display names you choose must not be offensive or impersonate others; we may remove names that violate this.

Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arun Rajiah is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game.
